Oor Wullie’s Big Bucket Trail

In the summer of 2019, 200 life-sized sculptures of Scotland’s favourite son, Oor Wullie, will take to the streets of Scotland’s five main cities for an 11 week mass participation public art trail. Edinburgh Children’s Hospital Charity, Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity and The ARCHIE Foundation (Scotland’s three children’s hospital charities) are the benefitting charity partners, working with DC Thomson and Wild in Art to deliver the event.

Buildings Declared Value (BDV) and Buildings Sum Insured (BSI)

Buildings Declared Value (BDV) and Buildings Sum Insured (BSI) are often confused and it’s important to establish what sort of policy you have. If your policy shows a Buildings Declared Value and a Buildings Sum Insured then your policy includes an allowance for inflationary factors which can happen between the day your policy starts and the date of a potential claim and the time taken for the repairs or rebuilding work to be completed.

Artistic Residents at Tyrone House, Belfast
