David Hutton

David Hutton joined Charles White Ltd as Operations Director in May 2004 and in June 2007 was appointed as Executive Director to the Board at Charles White Ltd. 

David is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having previous experience with DTZ Debenham Tie Leung Chartered Surveyors & Property Consultants in commercial property agency as well as commercial and residential property valuation . David has also commercial and residential property management experience working within a team of Chartered Surveyors tasked with managing the Royal Bank of Scotland’s property interests in the UK.

Mentoring, leadership, business strategy and Company growth are key elements of David's day to day involvement at Charles White Ltd.  David is also a Board member of the Property Managers Association for Scotland.
