David Hutton

David Hutton joined Charles White Ltd as Operations Director in May 2004 and in June 2007 joined the Board at Charles White Ltd as Executive Director. 

David is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having previous experience in commercial property agency as well as commercial and residential property valuation with DTZ Debenham Tie Leung Chartered Surveyors & Property Consultants. David has also commercial and residential property management experience working within a team of Chartered Surveyors tasked with managing the Royal Bank of Scotland’s property interests in the UK.

Originally from N. Ireland, David graduated from Napier University, Edinburgh with a BSc (Hons) Estate Management (1st Class).

In his current role with Charles White Ltd, David is in charge of the development and management of staff and client services provided by the company.
