Caroline Elgar, Head of Letting Property Manager Services

Caroline graduated from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, Gloucestershire with BSc (Hons) in Rural Land Management in 1999.
Before working as an English Teacher at the Sydney Institute of Language and Commerce, Shanghai University, China, Caroline was Assistant Land Agent at King West, Market Harborough, Leicestershire.
Joining Charles White in 2002, Caroline managed a portfolio of over 100 properties, in September 2005 was promoted to Letting Department Manager and in November 2009 was appointed Head of Letting Property Manager Services. Duties include overseeing the letting department, ensuring that Charles White continues to be up to date with changing government legislation and implementing new policies and procedures to help drive the business forward.
Caroline’s expertise is in the legal aspects of letting property and the field of residential property management.
