CHARLES WHITE WINS TEN IN A ROW

The contracts covering Perth, Glasgow and Edinburgh, include some of the largest and most innovative new developments in the country from leading housebuilders such as The Burrell Company, FM Developments and GL Developments.
Edwin Backler, managing director, Charles White Ltd, said: “We are delighted to have secured 10 new contract wins in three months. This demonstrates our continued drive to build our portfolio and become the leading property management company in Scotland.
“These new wins increase our property management portfolio to over 300 developments. We currently operate in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Fife, Falkirk, Perth and Dundee and continually seek to expand our presence throughout Scotland.”
The new wins include the refurbishment of the landmark Herald Building in Glasgow into apartments by FM Developments; The Burrell Company’s state-of-the-art Upperstrand development in Edinburgh’s new Waterfront area and the innovative Rourke Developments’ converted church development with working clock tower at Fountain Place, Loanhead, Mid Lothian.
Charles White has recently extended its team with the appointment of George McGuire and Sarah McGill as property managers and Martine Maxwell, as sales and marketing manager based in the Morningside headquarters.
Established in 1840, Charles White Ltd is the oldest property management company in Edinburgh, specialising in property letting and factoring. It has over 30 property professionals, currently based in offices in both Edinburgh and Glasgow.
