Property Manager Joins Charles White

Charles White Ltd, the Edinburgh based property management company, has appointed a new property manager for its Hanover Street office.

Sarahjane McGill (26) graduated from Falkirk College with an HND in Business Administration and Information Management and previously worked for Caesar & Howie Solicitors and Click-Let Ltd as a lettings property consultant Ltd before joining the Charles White team.

Sarahjane's duties within the property management department will include servicing existing clients and sourcing new business opportunities.

Sarahjane said: "I have been looking forward to joining Charles White. I wanted a career move to a large company with a great track record which is exactly what Charles White has. The company has great plans for the future and I'm looking forward to being part it."

David Hutton, operations director, said: "Sarahjane arrives at Charles White with a wealth of experience from across the property market. The appointment will ensure the continued deliverance of an expert service from Charles White and will boost our property management team which services around 13,000 existing and new build properties across Scotland."

Established in 1840, Charles White Ltd is the oldest property management company in Edinburgh, specialising in property letting and factoring. It has over 30 property professionals, currently based in offices in both Edinburgh and Glasgow.
