CHARLES WHITE CONTRACTS KEEP ROLLING IN

Charles White Ltd, the Edinburgh based property management company, has won 20 new property development contracts since January – suggesting 2006 could be a record year for the company.

Beating off strong competition, the contracts will see Charles White looking after a further 1,398 units, increasing its property management portfolio to near 400 developments.

Working with some of the UK’s leading developers, Charles White will manage a variety of residential and mixed-use projects in the most popular and sought-after locations. The lucrative new contracts span the country, including Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth, Kilcaldy and Gullane.

Edwin Backler, managing director of Charles White Ltd, said: “We are delighted to have secured such a large number of contracts in such a short space of time.

“This success is testament to the quality service that we provide and further illustrates our position as Scotland’s leading property management company.”

The new wins include the sought-after Muirfield Grange in the idyllic setting of Gullane in East Lothian – an attractive mews development set in a quiet courtyard. Also amongst the wins are Corinthian Quay in Edinburgh, a signature development with uninterrupted views of the Forth, and The Point, a contemporary mixed-use development in Shawlands, Glasgow.
