CHARLES WHITE BREAKING THE MOULD IN GLASGOW
Charles White Ltd, the property management and lettings company, has secured the property management contracts for six large housing developments in and around the Glasgow area.
The new contracts cover the city centre, greater Glasgow and South Lanarkshire areas and will see Charles White team up with the country’s leading developers to secure the progress and maintenance of the latest state-of-the-art projects. The contracts have been awarded by housebuilders FM Developments, Anderson Homes, Oakmall Ltd and Carvil.

The projects include the refurbishment of the iconic Herald Building in Glasgow into a mixed-use development and the landmark River Heights development at the Clyde side in Glasgow, both by FM Developments; Burnbank House, Uddingston by Anderson Homes; Millbank Road, Wishaw by Oakmall Ltd; The Weave, Paisley and Eastern Court, Glasgow both by Carvill.
