Charles White Introduces New Lettings Manager

Caroline Elgar (27) has been promoted to the
position following three and a half years as Property Manager at Charles White. Caroline graduated from The Royal Agricultural College in Gloucestershire in 1999 with a BSc (Hons) in Rural Land Management before taking up the position of Assistant Land Agent at King West Chartered Surveyors in Market Harborough where she spent two years managing rural estates in Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. Caroline then spent a year teaching English at
Caroline’s new managerial role will include overseeing the letting department, ensuring that Charles White continues to be up to date with changing government legislation and implementing new policies and procedures to help drive the business forward.
Caroline said: “I’m looking forward to the opportunity to expand my career with Charles White. The new position will allow me to contribute further to the development of our strong lettings service.”
