Property Manager - Lettings
This is a varied role with responsibility for the effective and efficient management of a landlord and tenant portfolio and associated services. Duties comprise of providing rental market valuations and marketing the property, liaising with tenants and prospective tenants, carrying out site visits, inspections and, as required, arranging HMO inspections. Lettings Property Managers have direct responsibility for agreeing leases, instructing repairs, the monitoring of rental payments and approving transactional payments and receipts.
Property Manager - Managed Developments
We seek high quality individuals who are able to take on responsibility for the effective and efficient day to day management of private residential developments within our portfolio. In consultation with Proprietors and elected Residents Association Members, the role includes instructing and managing a wide range of service contracts, carrying out site inspections, proposing, agreeing and implementing project works, approving tenders and responsibility for day to day finances of the portfolio under management.
For both positions we ask for:
A people person, ideally educated to degree level, who has the ability to get on with many different types of people. Someone who can demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks. Someone who has either past experience or current interest in the property market and has a basic understanding of accounts and bookkeeping.
