Charles White Ltd was established in 1840 and provides property development management and property letting services throughout the residential market, working with a wide range of landlords and house builders. Throughout Scotland the company has management contracts for more than 350 individual developments and around 900 rented properties resulting in a total client base of approximately 30,000 customers.
We specialise in development management and letting services and are committed to helping all clients negotiate the property maze. Here at Charles White we provide an expert advisory service for house builders and landlords to ensure that effective management is built in at all stages.
Charles White’s team of 45 property professionals, currently based in both Edinburgh and Glasgow, provide high-quality services to their customers in these cities as well as other areas such as Aberdeen, Fife, Falkirk, Perth and Dundee.
