McEwan Fraser can offer investors a bespoke furniture package through our subsidiary company, McEwan Contract Furniture, specialising in furnishing rented accommodation within 24 hours.
Unlike other property investment companies, we do not sub-contract any of our furniture orders to other companies. All our furniture is delivered direct from our 2,500 sq ft Edinburgh warehouse at West Bowling Green Street. We can deliver furniture, beds and mattresses within 30 minutes of an agreed time from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. We can also assemble your beds and furniture as well as uplift old beds, mattresses and furniture and pick up and drop off keys.
