We offer over 30 complimentary classes each week. e.g. body conditioning, yoga,pilates, body pump and body balance, aqua fit, step, salsacise ,bums, tums and thighs and fit kid classes. We have a jogging trail and outdoor tennis courts and don’t forget the complimentary towels!
We also offer swimming lessons and have a supervised play area for children.
Dalmahoy’s other facilities include two 18-hole golf courses, a Health & Beauty salon and a solarium.
